The dining area is inside the kitchen.

The entire house has mosquito screens and secondary grills. Most rooms feature a view of the garden and the two bedrooms open onto the garden.

Rental Rates and Terms:

4-month contract - 55,000 THB/month - 3 months minimum in advance

6-month contract - 50,000 THB/month - 4 months minimum in advance

12-month contract - 40,000 THB/month - 6 months minimum in advance

Renters will pay internet, electricity and Rawai Cable.
