TERMS OF PAYMENT

Terms of Payment for houses will be according to the followings:

1. Reserving 100,000 THB

2. Contracting 20%

3. Upon completion of the foundation structures (pile, column, beam and related structures works) 20%

4. Upon completion of the roof tile work 20%

5. Upon completion of the wall works (setting brick, cement plaster, structure plaster and corner cement) 20%

6. Upon completion of the ceiling, flooring, electric and water systems, windows, painting and sanitary works 20%

NOTES:

1. The land price is 1,912 THB per square meter, an increasing or decreasing of the land size per plot will be charged or discounted based on this price.

2. Estimated time to complete the house and to pay for the land and the building is 8-10 months from contracting date.

3. Developer and customer will be equally responsible for the transfer of the land and house or related taxes and fee, if any.

4. Developer will make maintenance and management agreement for the buyer upon the house completed.

5. Swimming pool is an option for each buyer but developer can arrange for the buyer.

6. Gardening does not include on the building.

7. The land and building price may be changed without prior notice.
