Options include: dual batteries, electric windshield wiper, swim platform w/ladder, trim tabs, under gunwale rod racks, V-berth filler cushion, porta-pottie w/pumpout, side and aft curtains and more.

The 22 Sisu is legendary among Downeast hulls.  Sisu is a Finnish word that means stamina, fortitude, and “guts”. This little beauty is aptly named.  Originally drawn by Royal Lowell in the 1970s, her basic design is arguably the most seaworthy ever for a small powerboat.  Modern composite materials plus a couple of design tweaks have made her even better.  Recessed chines damp spray and add dynamic lift to her round chines as she accelerates, while an optional outboard bracket bolted to her transom frees up an outrageous amount of space in her cockpit.
