Description

\"Annie\" is a 2003 Com-Pac 25 Sloop. Annie offers easy handling with lots of creature comfort for a vessel of her size. The current owner has completed lots upgrades including a new plotter. She has been recently serviced, new bottom paint, and the hull freshly waxed. She powers nicely and is nimble. The underbody allows for her to get into some great places with a draft of less than 3 ft. She is a perfect boat for someone downsizing or someone's first cruising boat. For her size she is quick and stable. She has a solid, uncompromised construction, traditional look and feel. With in mast and roller furling she has an easy to use sail plan. The cabin has an inviting atmosphere, with rich teak trim, large deck hatch, and 6 opening bronze port lights. With accommodations for five, standing headroom ( 5' 10\"), an L-shaped galley, and a enclosed head with shower. On deck there are well placed cleats, mid-boom traveler, lines lead to cockpit, Navpod at the helm with Autopilot, depth, wind, plotter, bimini, and stern perch seating. Finally, the bowsprit has a built-in anchor roller and the stern has a boarding ladder. Annie is in Bristol condition!
