3 bed 1 bath semi-detached house in Vale de Maceira

This 3 bedroom, semi-detached property with views to Sao Martinho bay, maintains many original Portuguese features and includes 2 additional annexes, a garage and a deceptively large plot behind.

It is need of some restoration and modernising and its convenient location to local beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and Motorway access means it has excellent potential either as a holiday home or rental property. Approx 50 minutes to Lisbon airport and 15 minutes to Alfezeirao and Sao Martinho.

The house has three bedrooms, one bathrooms, lounge and kitchen with bright cosy nook. An attic space could be converted into a smaller living unit and has a separate access from the house.

Ground floor
Entrance leads directly into a kitchen and a small but bright resting area (or nook). The bathroom, complete with bath also leads off this space. Leading out from the kitchen, the lounge and three bedrooms lead off one corridor, in the style of a traditional Portuguese house.

In the walled courtyard of the property are two additional annexes and garage all with own entrances and possibility to be converted to smaller living units.

Upper level

Above the main house is an open attic space which could be converted to an additional living space with its own separate access and looks onto two rooftop terraces with the views to Sao Martinho bay.

Land area

The mature garden to the rear is 1,700sqm and contains many fruit trees, including lemon, oranges and plums. It also has its own water well and a grand gate entry at the end of the plot. The property is walled and well laid out.

The house is supplied with mains water and electric and has mains sewage and connectivity for telephone.

This property really needs to be seen for its potential to be fully appreciated.
