Lavender House is a short walk from Schull, as well as many other interesting walks in the area. Schull is a unique harbour village with primary and secondary schools, a post office, shops, pubs and restaurants. It is a very popular tourist destination especially for sailing water sports.

Cork airport is c. 80 mins drive.
