Get yourself a 3 bedroom house built in good quality and located in a charming small countryside village in rural Huai Yai.

While entering, you walk into the main room with is an L-shaped living-area combined with space for dining and the kitchen. The sofa-space looks toward the large flat screen-TV fed by Banglamung cable-TV that also provides the Internet signal. There is a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with en-suite bathrooms. The L-shaped kitchen is reasonably equipped and there is a generous storage room as well.

All the windows and sliding-doors are made out of solid UPVC and are fitted with fly screens. These windows and the solid thick brick-walls plus the shading trees keep the house pleasantly cool. Every room is air conditioned.

The house is built adjacent to the generous communal pool that is virtually yours without any maintenance to care for. In 2013, the property got a major overhaul. Solid canopies have been erected, the plumbing and electric installation have been upgraded and more. The property comes fully furnished and equipped, there are curtains and ceilings are nicely skirted.

The property hasn`t been cared very well lately. But with some color and rolled grass in the garden, you get yourself a lovely, solid and inexpensive home.
