3 bedroom pool house on generous plot..

This is a nice, newly renovated (11/2013) 3 bedroom property at a quiet and friendly location. All is on one level.

The whole interior of the property is laid out with immaculate marble flooring without any thresholds throughout the rooms.

The layout of the property is pleasant and thoughtful. The main living-area is friendly and very spacious, containing a sofa- and TV area plus the dining-area and the open-plan kitchen. The latter is nicely equipped with an extraction hood, fridge/freezer and plenty of storage space.

The main bathroom is impressive - as completely tiled with marble - and pretty large as well. The main bedroom is fully furnished, the 2nd bedroom currently empty and the 3rd bedroom accessible from the outside. Therefore, it makes a good guest room or a room for someone requiring additional privacy.

All rooms are equipped with good air conditioners. Cable-TV connection is installed in every room. There is a Rockwool insulation under the roof, the windows and generous sliding doors are made out of white aluminum and screens are installed as well. The house is partly and nicely furnished. These items come with the house. There are ceiling-fans mounted, in the interior and over the covered outdoor terrace which bears a dining-table.

There is a covered carport plus lots of closed storage room. The whole property has been carefully renovated by a German professional.

The pool is neat and pretty large. There is an outdoor shower and sufficient greenery around the house.
