Located at the prestigious Mojon Hills development, this apartment comes with 3 bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes. Family shower room and en-suite to master bedroom.

The kitchen is fully fitted and comes with oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Nice lounge / diner with sliding doors out onto terrace for al fresco dining. Panoramic sea views from both inside the apartment and the terrace. The property also benefits from pre-installed air-conditioning, which can be used for hot & cold air.

Steps lead from the terrace to a private garden area. This could be grassed or tiled. On this lower level is the huge area of semi-finished underbuild. This is large enough to convert into a self contained apartment or to add further bedrooms/bathrooms to the existing apartment with doors out onto the garden area. This could greatly enhance the property value.

There is a large communal swimming pool and sunbathing area for the use of residents as well as reserved parking.

We believe this apartment offers excellent value for money with the potential to increase this value. There is currently a mortgage on the property that subject to t&C, might be transferable to the buyer at good rates. Currently around €450pm. This would be subject to bank approval.

Isla Plana is a lovely Spanish fishing village. Sitting in the Bay of Mazarron and only 5 minutes from Puerto de Mazarron. There is a small selection of shops, bars and restaurants, serving fresh local produce. The area is well known for diving and snorkelling due to the clear blue waters of the Mediterranean.
