3 Bedrooms - Apartment - Murcia - For..

This very well presented ground floor, 3 bedroom property is located on Jardin 13, on the extra row of apartments facing the outer ring and the countryside. Fully furnished and equipped with all white goods, kitchen appliances and 1 air conditioning unit in the living room. The apartment is East-West facing, which means sunshine on the front terrace until midday, and shade in the afternoons, the ideal setup for chillaxing in the cool or enjoying a little siesta out in your private front garden, which is double the size of a normal ground floor garden. In the afternoon it's the rear patio terrace that benefits from buckets full of sunshine all evening long until it sets and disappears behind the Sierra Espuña mountains in the distance...A very short stroll takes you to the town center “Al Kasar” where you will find a large supermarket, a selection of service providers and an ample choice of foods and restaurants to suit all tastes. At the same time, the Condado sports Club with its bar/restaurant and sports facilities (tennis, paddle tennis, gym, basketball) is only a short walk downhill.
