This modern house owns a lovely back garden, with a luscious green lawn that backs directly onto the swimming pool and decked area that is equipped with a table and chairs. There are an assortment of flowers and shrubs, which makes this a nice place to relax and unwind in privacy and seclusion.

From the pool area you can access the open-plan living area through high patio windows, which consists of a lounge, dining room and modern western kitchen. This area is nicely designed with sleek white tiled floors and painted white wall that provide a clean cut feel to the surroundings. The furniture includes a wicker two-piece settee, wooden coffee table, a side table with a flat-screen TV atop, and a host of matching lamp shades and artistic paintings. There is also a 6-seat dining table and wooden shelves.

The adjoining western kitchen is fitted with wooden units and black work surfaces, alongside a host of appliances that include a stovetop, grill, oven, refrigerator, washing machine and lots of dishware and cutlery.

The three bedrooms all own en-suite bathrooms, wooden floors and double beds, and the master bedroom is home to a large bathtub and patio windows that open up to poolside.

The rental agreement stipulates a minimum of 6 months stay, and offers services and utilities such as cable/satellite TV, internet and telephone connection, fresh bed linen and towels.

The house is situated in a very quiet area of Nai Harn, on the south-western coast of the Island and is home to one of the best beaches in Phuket. Nai Harn is also within a short distance to bars, restaurants and shopping facilities.
