The first floor of the larger building is home to the lounge, study/office and the western kitchen. The large high windows in this area open out to poolside and also provide lots of natural sunlight.

Above the lounge is where two bedrooms with two en-suite bathrooms are situated. Both of the bedrooms are fitted with ceramic tiled floors and built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom owns a balcony that can be accessed through the high windows and showcases sea-views at Rawai. The master bathroom is also equipped with a bathtub.

The second building is also situated next to the pool and is separated by a nice textured slate wall feature. On the ground level you will find a spacious family room, and upstairs is the third bedroom and en-suite bathroom. This bedroom also owns a balcony that has sea-views.

The property is within close proximity to beaches, a new shopping centre and a wide choice of restaurants and bars. Although Rawai is primarily peaceful, you can find many things to do within a short journey.
