This Cape Dory 31' (Hull # 67) is located here at our facility in Noank, CT.. and can be easily seen by appointment.  Current owner purchased brand new in 1984 and has had the boat with us for the last 34 years.  Recent relocation has forced the owner to put a very attractive asking price on her.  If you are in the market for a clean Cape Dory 31' do not let this opportunity pass you by.  Owner is getting out of boating so there will be many extra items / parts that will be included!!!
