An extremely rare opportunity is when the same couple owns a boat for more than 47 years and exercises exceptionally great care  In the Great Lakes her entire life, the time has now come for her to have a new home. You will not find another boat like this, in this condition. The mahogany interior gives this boat a timeless look, not found in today's mass production boats. 

They were very well built, with a lot of fiberglass and high quality throughout. She is a Sparkman and Stephens design, so you know she will sail well. This is a fin keel and skeg hung rudder, so she will track well in following seas.

She is a real classic appearing sailboat above the waterline, with traditional overhangs, while below the waterline, she has a more modern under-body. 

Sea Hawk  had a new Universal diesel engine installed in 2003. This is a big plus, as it only has 846 running hours. The sails are several and in functional condition.
