This hotel of 35 rooms is located close to Rodney Bay Marina in the North of Saint Lucia. All suites are overlooking the feature swimming pool. The hotel offers two meeting rooms which could be converted into two large master suites and an onsite restaurant. There is a local airport that is twenty minutes away and the immediate area of Rodney Bay and Rodney Bay Marina is ideal for work stay and leisure. Ten minutes to the east there is Cotton Bay which is an ideal location for kite surfing. There are horse riding stables close by and the marina itself has all manner of outlets from Eleanors pizza right on the waterfront overlooking the yachts in the marina.

Outside of the marina within two minutes' drive are a wide variety of restaurants and the mall with absolutely everything.

The hotel boasts a tremendously low breakeven at 5% occupancy at 90 USD per night whilst achieving currently 55% average.
