The Catalina 36 is a roomy, fun to sail cruiser that's big enough for a family but is easily sailed by a couple and performs well for racing too.  Gallivant is a terrific example of this popular model. Fully equipped, clean and well maintained.  
The owner's cabin forward has a private entrance to the head.  The aft cabin has a large athwartship double berth, hanging locker and bureau.  The galley is U shaped with a large refrigerated icebox aft and a dry locker forward.
