FRESH WATER - Catalina 36MKII, \"Odyssey\" is a clean boat that has been very well cared for by her current owners. She is the perfect boat for a growing family or a couple who just want more space and offers good performance and a great interior layout.
She has the popular wing keel drawing only 4' 5\" and she has the equipment most cruisers are looking for like air conditioning, electric anchor windlass, auto pilot, radar, GPS chart plotter, cockpit cushions, and so on. Plus, you can extend the season with this one as she has a complete cockpit canvas enclosure!
Down below there is plenty of room for stow away guests. The forward owner's cabin has a private entrance to the head and lots of storage for your gear. The aft cabin has a large double berth, bureau and hanging locker. The large dinette table converts to a double berth and the settee can be made into a single. The galley is U-shaped which provides a great amount of counter-space and storage to meet all your needs.
The most used area of the boat, the cockpit, has a lot of room to move around, stern rail seats, a walk-through transom to the swim ladder and hot/cold cockpit shower. Odyssey has newer canvas to keep you from the elements including dodger, Bimini, connector, and a full enclosure.
