Kadey Krogen Manatee Trawler for sale in Portland Oregon. This is a Northwest fresh water boat and in very good condition. The Kadey Krogen has never been south and therefore never in a hurricane, heavy UV or sat in the salt water. The Manatee hull and cabin sides are of fiberglass sandwich construction with closed-cell PVC foam core heavy hand lay-up using mat and roving. This state-of-the-art construction make this one of the most enduring and safest Motor Yachts for sale today. Closed-cell PVC foam core does not deteriorate or absorb water. The composite structure serves both as a buoyancy material, shock, sound and temperature insulator. It rides quiet, increases impact strength and eliminates condensation build-up inside the hull. Decks area fiberglass sandwich construction with end-grain balsa core. All joiner work, paneling, cabinetry and beam-caps are teak

It has a new AC system, batteries are four T125's for the house,  one 8D for starting, anchor windlass and dingy winch. The entire electrical including control panel has been certified by a professional mechanic. The engine has been completely serviced and the filters changed. The boat house is available, but not before the boat is sold or as a package.
