This is a solid cutter well maintained and a boat with an amazing reputation for ability to be offshore as well as light wind performance. Stable and nimble, roomy and accommodating below. Equipped with a propane wall heater, over-sized built in refrigerator box, propane stove and oven and current generation navigational equipment. The seller also has a survey from 2/2018 and this boat includes a 13' Boston Whaler that has been restored to be a nice machine, with trim tabs, new cushions and it's own depth sounder and Raymaine e7 touchscreen chart-plotter similar to the e5 chart-plotter on the sailboat (the 2 could be swapped).  Owner seeks to get a power boat and I inspected this vessel and as a sailor find it to be a lot of solid boat and as a package, something that will not be available on market very long.
