Every once in a great while you come across a boat that is truly a gorgeous listing. I’ve had lots of very nice listings over the years- lots of them- but this one is certainly spectacular and possibly the nicest one I’ve seen.

In preparation of going cruising, the boat has undergone a major refit over the last few years. The owner has gone over it meticulously, finding anything that wasn’t just so. He then invested over $100,000 and used the best products he could find to make it top shelf.  All work has been professionally done and carefully inspected; no expense was spared. You just can’t find one of these in nicer shape at this kind of price.

A meticulous owner, he has the bottom cleaned monthly- just because. He has the zincs replaced regularly. The running rigging was completely replaced and looks great, coiled properly and fresh. The teak was completely stripped and recoated with five coats of Interlux Perfection, a high gloss two-part polyurethane finish known for its long-lasting performance. The list goes on everywhere you turn. He insisted the best.

The refit and all the owner’s efforts have been geared towards his leaving to go cruising. Fortunately (or unfortunately), his business has grown so rapidly that he just isn’t going to be able to leave for any time in the foreseeable future. This presents an great opportunity for the next owner. It’s extremely unusual to find a boat with this much (almost) new gear on it. It truly is ready to step on and go.

Call and make an appointment to see this beautiful Pacific Seacraft today- you won’t be disappointed!
