Pan Oceanic 38 a very nice layout and excellent cruising boat. The owner of this boat passed away and we might have missed some of the equipment that is on the boat. This boat cannot be put into the water for a sea trial due to liability concerns, buyers can have a survey, run the motor, check out the electronics and other inspection while on the hard.
