General Description
\"Serengeti\" is a Robertson & Caine Catamaran, her model is a Moorings 3900 Catamaran, R & C is the builder of Leopard Yachts, Catamarans.
This catamaran is a market leader, yet highly practical and easy to use.

BUILDERS REMARKS: The Leopard 39's speed on the water and easy handling are its top features, earning it 'Boat of the Year 2010' from Cruising World and SAIL Magazine. The Leopard 39 features a large cockpit with an outside dining area protected by a functional hard-top.

Actual Condition
It is reported this 39' Catamaran was damaged during Hurricane Maria and had partial water intrusions. The port hull has extensive damage and temporary patches were put on to float her for haul out.

• Starboard hull and bow have damage throughout.

• All rails and stanchions are damaged.
• The running gear and rudders appear to be in decent condition.
• The mast is broken and the boom is on the deck.
• Generator compartment appeared to have stayed dry.
• Sail compartment was intact with sails sighted.
• Electrical panel shows well and appears to have stayed dry.
• The boat was holed on the port side below the water line and port hull was submerged.
• The waterlines can be seen in the photos.
• The galley appeared to have stayed dry.
• The starboard hull damaged, but doesn't show water intrusion, and appears to have stayed dry.

Equipment
A trailer is not included in this sale.

Engines

• Starboard engine compartment appeared to be dry and the engine appeared intact.
• The port engine was submerged and was not serviced after haul.
