4 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Villa in Javea.

This historic property is located within an easy walk of the cultural centre of Javea and a short stroll to the beaches. On a quiet road, this south facing Villa was originally contructed in the early 50's to an exceptionally high standard with tastfull use of the local Tosca sandstone throughout and completely renovated ten years ago from the roof to the floor retaining most of the original features. The Villa was originally constructed as a restaurant and benefits from larger than normal living areas for properties of this era due to this fact and many locals of Javea remember their weddings and communions in the restaurant prior to the renovation works.. The property is accessed via the off road parking through iron gates which open to a large shady naya featuring tosca arches and the beamed, vaulted ceiling and the original decorative wall tiles. The gardens and terraces provide both shady, private and sunny dining and sun bathing areas. The pool in front of the house is 8x4m and is over looked from the terrace at the front of the house.. Walking therough the tosca framed, solid hardwood front door, there is a sensation of both space and maturity. The large, open plan living space has been refurbished to a very high standard including a library, a modern, large kitchen with breakfast table for 6 with solid oak kitchen units and Corian worktop. The glass door in the kitchen open to yet another shady terrace with ample seating for al fresco dining. . Up a flight of stairs to the three bedrooms, the master bedroom with a large ensuite bathroom and dressing room enjoys sea views as do the other rooms on this floor. Up another flight of stairs to the top floor is another guest room that has access directly to a large sun terrace with views across Javea.. The entire property is double glazed, air conditioned and completely refurbished. This special property merits consideration. Please contact to arrange viewings..
