Located in a recently built, popular middle-class housing estate, this property has just been reduced as the owner now lives at his business premises.

The property offers 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 of them on the ground-floor, the 4th bedroom is an attic-room with these atmospheric sloped ceilings. It is ventilated by two imported remote-controlled Velux (top German brand) roof window. The 3 bathrooms are friendly and tiled up to the ceiling. The living- and dining-space is L-shaped and generous, with lots of light and direct access to the outdoors with its pool.

The U-shaped kitchen is well-equipped (ceramic cooktop, filter for drinking water, oven, double sink, extraction hood, dishwasher, lots of cupboard space and a granite worktop plus a large fridge/freezer.

There are 6 air conditioners (4 of them the energy saving inverter models) and there is hot water everywhere and an Internet controlled CCTV-surveillance with 10 cameras is there as well.

There is massive built-in furniture and some loose furniture but the property is not fully furnished (as you can see on the photos).

The private pool is nice, featuring a water-fall and an outdoor showers. There are a few nice plants but no garden and therefore the maintenance of the property takes little time.

A total of 3 covered terraces and solid timber-style decking around the pool provides plenty of outdoor relaxation area. There is great privacy by the juicy green hedges that are watered by a computer controlled sprinkler system.

A laundry room plus two store rooms are there as well. The roofed carport is spacious and accessed by a remote-controlled gate.

A wonderful family home at safe and central location.
