4 bedroom villa for sale in El Toro..

A four bedroom villa for sale in the very quiet area that is, El Toro.

Upon entering the front gate there is a front garden with a path that leads you all the way around the property, once you are in the house you are welcomed by a very cosy, characterful, shabby chic vibe living area with parquet flooring and a working fireplace. You will also find a dining area which was once a terrace and now has been extended to increase the living space. Leaving the living room you have a fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom, a single bedroom and a great size family bathroom.

Upstairs, you are greeted by the master bedroom, one more bedroom, a reformed bathroom. and a terrace where you can see over to Galatzo. You can access the gardens both from the lower floor or the upper floor, as there are exterior stairs leading from one of the upper bedrooms, down to the garden area. The plot is a total of 504m2 with it's own private pool, plenty of seating area and bundles of space for summer BBQs and entertaining firends and family.

The house itself is bursting with the character and the garden is what everyone is looking for.

El Toro itself is a part of the island that stays busy all year round, here you have the best of both worlds, the residents love the town and the tourists love the brand new port Adriano (full of fantastic restaurants and boutique shops) and we love it all. There is also a beautiful beach and you are only 5 minutes from Santa Ponsa, 10 minutes from Portals/Bendinat and only 20 minutes from Palma.
