IMMACULATE PENTHOUSE BETWEEN BENALMADENA AND TORREMOLINOS
This modern sought after development was completed in 2010 to the highest standards. This is a 3rd floor luxury penthouse offering a good size entrance area, fully fitted kitchen with all appliances, large bright lounge with an open plan dining area, 4 bedrooms, 2 designer bathrooms, utility room, private parking and store room. There is a laminate wood floor throughout, double glazing, air conditioning and an alarm system. The bedrooms have built in wardrobes and there is an en suite bathroom in the Master suite. There is also additional wardrobe space in the hallway.
There are two large terraces, one being accessible from the lounge and the Master bedroom and the other is an impressive 118m solarium on the roof, which is great for sunbathing or entertaining. There are stunning panoramic views from both terraces of the sea, forest and mountains. The landscaped gardens are extremely well maintained and as well as 2 pools, a children's pool and a children's play area, there is a residents paddle tennis court. The parking is very safe, needing a special elevator key to access the underground floors. The development is fully gated and the apartment has an entry phone.
This development is in a prime location being adjacent to a forest, minutes from the beach, shops, tourist attractions and train station and is only 10 minutes to the airport.
