4 Bedrooms - Finca - Murcia - For Sale

This is a unique opportunity to live the good life in rural Spain, in a unique and special family home.

Casa Brisa has been lovingly restored by it's current owners and this includes the use of ancient hand made floor tiles, reclaimed beams and a fantastic, ornately carved front door from an Arabian palace!

The house consists of 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom suite is amazing, with a lot of thought and care having gone into the design and layout. There is a distinct Moorish feel to the house.

The farmhouse style kitchen has a range cooker and marble worktops and marble sink!

A large lounge has a feature fireplace and patio doors opening out onto a balcony with stunning country views. There is a 1st floor office and large rooftop terrace, with amazing views.

Heating is via an unusual but very cheap and sustainable source - almond shells! This is a very cheap and ecological way to heat the property and of course the thick walls help to keep the hot Summer heat out.

The plot is approx 3,000M2 and is divided into various areas, with a garden area by the house, with a selection of citrus fruit trees and a kitchen garden area. Parking for at least 8 cars. The swimming pool has an adults and childrens section and of course is totally private. There are are various patios and seating areas.

The Moorish hilltop village of Aledo is a 7 minute walk and here there is a selection of shops, banks, bakers, bars, doctors surgery. The nearest large town is Totana, which is around 10 minutes drive and then the wonderful beaches of the Mediterranean in Mazarron are only 25 minutes drive.

This is a property that needs to be viewed to be appreciated, it is unusual and special and therefore will not suit everyone but if you are looking for a lifestyle property, situated close to the Sierra Espuna national park and want to be part of a rural Spanish community, then Casa Brisa, might just be what you are looking for.
