Beautifulrenovated country estate on top location in the Gers This is ajewel in the crown. Beautiful renovated by Dutch with great taste. Lots of oldfeatures and there where old beams were in a too bad condition, they have beenreplaced by others to keep the old character. Lots of possibilities in thishouse because all the attached barns that have been renovated in the samestyle. Driving ona small countrylane, you turn to the left on a path and at the end you gothrough an old gate to find this jewel. It is atypical house of the Gers, a Gasconne, with a frontdoor in the middle and therooms at each side. There is a lot of colombage (also from this area) which hasbeen renovated on the traditional way. Inside and outside the house.Deatmosphere is perfect. Beautiful view over the landscape with the impressive Pyrenees. On the landof 7345 m2(1,5 acres)you'll find old trees, a pond with water all over the year, a huge barn and twoopen barns. As I said :a jewel all together. The househas a nice size with a living, a kitchen, a laundry, 4 bedrooms, a dining, abathroom and space enough to fulfil all your dreams.Come andvisit this jewel before some one else does!! These houses are rare!
