4 Bedrooms - House - Phuket - for Sale

From the ground level access road, this villa is rather breathtaking, with immaculately landscaped gardens. The first level of this multi-tiered villa is home to the maids quarters and one bedroom. Here there is a decked terrace with a stone lined water feature.

Stone steps lead up to the second level where the private swimming pool and main outdoor area are. The swimming pool has an infinity edge from which the water overflows and is incorporated into the fountain below. The pool itself has decorative stone urns with cascading water. Great thought has been put into every detail to create a luxurious, peaceful ambience. A large Thai style sala provides a covered dining area, while a separate smaller sala features a round bar with stools. The layout is perfect for pool parties and barbecues.

Teak features heavily in this beautifully designed villa and is more evident in the living and dining room than anywhere. The high cathedral style ceilings and beams give amazing structure and balance to the window lined room. Light, bright sofas stand out from the teak furniture and add comfort to the home. The dining table is low and chunky with traditional bench seating. The functional kitchen is in a separate room yet linked by a breakfast bar for four.

The master suite is also on this level in its own private building. Steps lead up to the third building which has two more ensuite bedrooms. The beds are definitely the main features with draped four posters or dramatic carved wood head boards.

The vast landscaped garden adds the finishing touch to this unique property. With a fish pond at the bottom and a chair swing at the top from which to enjoy the mountain views, wandering around the hillside garden will certainly keep you fit.

This secure estate is one of, if not the most luxurious in Nai Harn and just minutes from the beach. As one of the quieter tourist areas in Phuket, Nai Harn enjoys the benefit of a number of restaurants and shops, yet is not overcrowded at all.
