4 Bedrooms - House - Phuket - for Sale

Located near the British International School in Koh Kaew, this house is in a secure estate with a prime lakeside position. The grand, modern style two storey house stands in a large garden with mature trees and lawn. A driveway leads to a long covered carport with space for two cars. At the front of the property are a sala and covered terrace, perfect for sitting and enjoying the natural beauty of the garden.

Glass entrance doors lead into the main living area, as well as the sunroom to the side. Long narrow windows throughout allow in lots of light without too much heat. The spacious ground floor offers separate areas for the whole family, quiet space for reading, watching TV or relaxing with a drink at the bar. Wood features heavily in this sophisticated property, from the staircase to the furniture and built-in bookcases and display units.

Also on the ground floor are the dining room, western style kitchen, guest bathroom and laundry room. Upstairs are the four bedrooms, two bathrooms of which one is en-suite and the spacious balcony which overlooks the serene lake.

The purchase price is THB 12,000,000 with freehold terms and a reduced price of THB 9,500,000 for leasehold terms. The property has a Chanote title.

Nearby, two marina complexes provide restaurants, fitness centres and shops. Phuket Town is just a short drive away, with a number of shopping venues. Golf courses at Kathu and west and south coast beaches are easily accessible.
