Situated in the hills of La Cala and within 5 minutes to La Cala Golf this large and spacious villa has a luxury country lodge feel to it.Perched on it's hill top position it offers breath taking sea and mountain views with an abundance of natural light flowing in from all rooms. With just a 5 minute drive to La Cala and it's excellent beaches this villa would make an ideal family home or holiday home appealing to both golfers and beach lovers. At present the owner has developed an extremely lucrative rental opportunity as the 4 huge bedrooms have been converted in to fully self contained studios with kitchens and en suite bathroom facilities and the house generates around €1300 per week comfortably sleeping up to 10 people.Upon entering the property from the drive way, a truly sumptious open plan living room dining room of over 60msq greets you. Tripple aspect windows in this area give those breath taking views over the La Cala and Mijas hills as well as down to the large swimming pool with it's tiled decked sun bathing area.To the left of this room is the kitchen diner, again, large in size with 30msq and ideal for informal entertaining. The first of the self contained studios is also on this level with a sun terrace. With steps down there are the remaining 3 studio rooms, all with new bathrooms and one being a wet room. The 5000m plot with a little work could be used to extend the gardens. The property benefits from high speed WIFI, there are no community fees and as a huge plus, no water bills as it has it's own properly constructed well.An ideal house suiting all purposes and early viewings are highly recomended.
