Description

FRESH WATER - SINGLE OWNER - GREAT SAILING MODEL.  Furling main and genoa, twin helm cockpit design.  The Catalina 400 is one of the most popular forty foot sailboats Catalina ever designed with one of the best interior layouts.  
The aft master suite features a centerline queen with plenty of seating, hanging lockers, storage and a private entrance to the aft head.  She has an excellent galley and her salon is large and has good ventilation with plenty of natural light. Her cockpit is fantastic with plenty of seating for guests. 

Cygnus is ready to go cruising or living aboard! She is outfitted with solar panels, a wind generator and davits for the dingy (dingy is included but not the motor).  She is a combination of Mk I and Mk II as she was built during the transition period.  She has a keel stepped mast (Mk I), but no entry door from the main salon to the aft head. Instead she has the stand-up shower (Mk II) and also has the Yanmar 57 HP diesel as opposed to the Westerbeke 42 HP.
