Nearly 150 of these sturdy yachts were built during her production years between 1981 and 2007.  That sort of production run does not happen unless the design hits the spot.  Heavily constructed on a full displacement hull, the 44 gives you a massive covered aft deck and flybridge suitable for a grand ballroom affair.

The roomy 2 stateroom interior is arranged with the galley up and aft in the salon where it is easily reached from the aft deck.

Visibility from the lower helm is excellent, and port and starboard sliding doors provide easy access to the side decks.

Note the pass through window from the galley to the aft deck.

The full beam master stateroom is huge with tons of storage and a Laundry Room equipped with a Splindide Combo Washer Dryer.

A great feature of the 44 is her walk in engine room with a work bench and near standing headroom.
