Opis

This amazing KP 44 has cruised the oceans and Islands of the world in comfort and safety. She is now ready for new owners after being continually updated and improved with new standing rigging in 2012, rebuild done on the 64 HP Perkins diesel in 2008, a Maxprop was fitted and a dripless shaft seal, 2 stainless steel  water tanks new in 2016, 4 batteries were installed in 2015, the Raymarine autopilot was new in 2015, VHF radio with AIS receiver, GPS . She comes with a new 10 ft inflatable dinghy and a 2-stoke 15 HP Yamaha outboard motor.

The hull and deck was freshly painted in 2016 and the mast was removed and all sheaves and wiring overhauled like new. The chainplates were also removed, checked and re-bedded.

This quality yacht can take you anywhere and is supremely comfortable with a huge walk-in owners stateroom and a private forward cabin with en-suite shower/head compartments. The galley is a chefs delight with stove and oven, fridge and separate freezer and storage for everything. The salon is a warm, teak finished retreat with comfortable seating for 6 and a nice, big chart table/navigation center. To see this blue water yacht is to buy it - she is the ideal live-aboard and at the asking price of $89,000 she is a bargain.
