General Description

The Leopard 44 represents the new generation of cruising catamarans built by Robertson and Caine and focuses on innovation, performance, and comfort. With an abundance of outdoor space and its generous sail plan, this catamaran is both luxurious and practical. The spacious four double-cabin and four-head layout plus large salon and galley gives plenty of room for groups or families. Generous headroom throughout plus substantial storage capacity, gives additional space for on-board relaxation.

Actual Condition

It is reported this Sunsail 444 was knocked around in Hurricane Irma. She suffered several areas of impact and some water intrusion. She was originally slated for repair, but the extended length of time for completion has change that cause and she is now for sale.

Some repairs were started, but have not been completed. She is missing some items and instruments. Much of the repairs are exterior above the waterline and appear to be repairs to impact and glass damage. The port engine is missing. The stbd engine and generator are on board and appear to have oil in them.

NOTE:
The boat will be sold with proof of insurance loss/settlement, PREVIOUS KNOWN OWNERS NAME AND IF KNOWN CONTACT INFORMATION, bills of sale from the previous owner, and a (Bill of Sale from Certified Sales, Inc.) purchase invoice. The buyer will be required to sign a waiver and indemnity notice (stating the buyer understands the boat MAY BE currently under foreign registry). After completion of the sale the vessel may still be under a foreign registry and it will be the winning bidders responsibility to re-register IN THE BUYERS NAME or delete from that FOREIGN registry, THEN REGISTER OR DOCUMENT.

A trailer is not included in this sale.

Engine(s) Condition

The port engine is missing. The stbd engine and generator are on board and appear to have oil in them.
