The 44 Marine trader were offered over the years in two floor plans Coconut has the most popular. A two-stateroom layout, lower helm,  and salon doors which provides easy deck access. The aft stateroom also has direct access to the aft deck.  Topside you will find deep bulwarks (safe for our furry friends) spacious fly bridge and large bow area for ease of anchoring.  Coconut underwent an exhaustive two-year renovation and refit completed in 2008.  Current owner is moving on to other endeavors.  Please call for a showing.
