General Description
BUILDER'S REMARKS: The Leopard 44 was \"Boat of the Year\" when introduced in 2011. The judges were raving about the speed on the water, easy handling and the revolutionary forward cockpit. The Leopard 44 features two cockpits, one fore and one aft with outside dining area protected by a functional hard-top bimini with mounted solar panels (back side). The galley-up has ample storage and a huge drawer type fridge and freezer. No steps up or down anywhere on the salon level. The 3-cabin layout features an owner-dedicated starboard hull with master stateroom, office area and large head with separate stall shower forward. Sailing the Leopard 44 is easy: both main and jib sheets lead to stoppers and self-tailing (electric) winches directly adjacent to the helm. There's room for two on the bench-style helm seat, but you need only one to trim sails!

• She was knocked around in the storms and suffered damage to both hulls and deck rails.
• Both rudders are bent.
• The propellers appear to be serviceable.
• The damaged mast is under the vessel and the boom is on the cabin top.
• There are some sails on board.
• The interior of the salon/galley is reasonably clean with some minor water intrusion.
• Both hull cabin areas have been partially submerged.
• The electrical panel has been heavily splashed on the exterior, but the back side appears to be clean and dry.
• The helm station has been heavily splashed with electronics in place.
• The auxiliary generator appears to be serviceable.

She is a jewel. It appears that a freshwater hose and some maintenance would go a long way on this one.

Engines
Twin Yanmar 4 cyl diesel propulsion engines. Both Yanmar propulsion engines appear to be heavily splashed with salt water, but have clear oil and no clear signs of immersion.
