Descrizione

\"NORTHERN TREASURE\" IS A LIGHTLY USED CARVER 450 THAT IS BEING RELOCTATED FROM MONTAUK TO CLEARWATER FLORIDA WHERE IT WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR SALE AT THE REDUCED PRICE OF $200,000

CONTACT ME FOR CURRENT LOCATION AND SHOWING AVAILABITY.

\"NORTHERN TREASURE\" has been thoroughly enjoyed by her owners while she has been kept in Montauk. Tired of commuting from Florida to Montauk, they have decided to put her at the dock behind their home in Clearwater and use her there until sold.

The boat is in excellent condition in every respect; cared for with an \"open checkbook\" approach.

It has had very light use, originally on the Great Lakes and then on Long Island Sound by the second owner who was a marina owner who made many significant upgrades. In Montauk it was primarily used as an alternate residence with a few trips to Block Island and Newport. In total, she has only 659 hours since launch in 1999

This yacht is truly in \"turn key\" condition, up to date on all maintenance / services.

If you are looking for a classic live-aboard or a great cruiser, \"NORTHERN TREASURE\" is a boat you should put at the top of your must see list.
