Actual Condition

• 4 stateroom

• 4 head
• Port side damage broken window and bent rails
• Starboard side damage, with patch on hull and damaged rails
• Both propellers appear to be serviceable
• Port rudder is serviceable and slight damage on the starboard rudder
• No mast or boom on board
• There are sails
• Life raft on board
• Helm station appears in good serviceable condition with electronics in place
• Galley electrical panel is clean and dry / hour meter has been removed
• Port propulsion Yanmar engine is clean and dry
• Starboard engine has been submerged
• Refrigerator has been removed and stored under the vessel
• Starboard side cabins have been submerged up to the A/C unit
• Auxiliary generator has been removed
