A noble estate among a clust:

This is a noble estate among a cluster of high-class houses overlooking a beautiful natural scenery with lake, temple and distant country views.

There is the main-house, an autonomous guest-house, maid quarters and a pool plus storage house.

Entering the main house, you step into a hallway. To your right, there is a large living-area with two separated sofa spaces. One for movie entertainment, the other for socializing or reading a book. To the left, the dining-area for and passing an arcade, the U-shaped, well-fitted Euro Kitchen made of massive wood and including a breakfast counter. Across, one of the four bedrooms - with en-suite bathroom - but currently used as an office. There is a guest-toilet as well. Solid maconed stairs are leading upstairs. The upper floor consists of an entry, leading to the extended balconies and the 3 bedrooms that all offer en-suite bathrooms. The balconies are accessible by 2 of the bedrooms and offer great panoramic views.

It goes even higher: The 3rd floor features a roof terrace with fantastic 360-degree views over Mabprachan lake, a Buddhist temple and beautiful greenery.

Built on 2010, the estate provides all comforts such as cable-TV, ADSL Internet, light and wide aluminum windows and sliding-doors with installed fly screens, recessed down lights, air conditioners and ceiling fans.

The generous area of 1.850 m2 offers lovely gardens and an impressive pool of 11 x 5 meters with a separate Jacuzzi area. There is plenty of covered outdoor space, a carport and additional parking-space for half a dozen cars.

There is an autonomous bungalow for guests as well. It offers a living-room with an open kitchen and a bedroom with bathroom. There is further a maid quarter bungalow plus a storage and pump-house.

A wonderful place to enjoy for an extended family and a great spot to entertain and to enjoy spectacular sunsets.
