5 bedroom pool villa in modern estate..

Get yourself and impressive, solidly built 5-bedroom villa that offers plenty of living-space and privacy for a larger family or people frequently hosting guests.

The main building contains a generous living-area that is combined with the dining-space and at one end, the open U-shaped Western kitchen. It is well-equipped, with black granite worktop, extraction hood, ceramic cooktop, double-sink, oven plus microwave and a breakfast counter for a quick morning-coffee.

From here, you access the master-bedroom and two other bedrooms. One offering a larger home office.

By the end of 2013, the property has been extended by an additional separate building containing two independent bedrooms with their en-suite bathrooms. Those are ideal for guests or family members requiring additional privacy. 4 of the 5 bedrooms offer their own en-suite bathrooms. All the major rooms open to the outdoor area that is dominated by the refreshing colors of the private swimming-pool. The many sliding-doors and windows - some made of white aluminum, others by UPVC - provide pleasant light and an airy feel and the fly screens ensure a nice airflow throughout the property. There is a covered terrace as well.

The bathrooms are modern, offering handheld and rain showers and a bath tub. All the modern amenities such as Internet and TV reception, a total of 7 air conditioners etc. are at hand. The property is easy to maintain as the garden areas have been covered by gravel beds that can easily be turned to lawns if required. Another asset are the double-wall construction that keeps the house well insulated and pleasantly cool.
