5 Bedrooms - House - Midi-Pyrenees -..

This impressive manor with free views over the lovely landscape of the Gers is situated close to the top of a hill. People call the Gers the “Tuscany of France”. A pearl of a house like this don't come often on the market. The house is quite big with nice sized rooms (25 m2)with high ceilings at both sides of the large entrancehall. At this moment it is used as a Bed & Breakfast with on the first floor 4 bedrooms with each its shower room and toilet. The attic is still convertible into more rooms.Who wouldn't want to live here? Het environment is so lovely and the French people are very social and will give you a warm welcome in your new country. The weather is good nearly all year round with warm summers and a short winter in February. No big roads through the countryside, although the road between Toulouse (airport Blagnac at an hour) and Bordeaux (beautiful city at a three hours drive) will be a “French highway” one day. So just relax on the rhythm of life her with the 2-hours lunch and time for a chat in the supermarket.Behind the house next to the huge barn you will find the large pool. Close to that an entrance to a room that can be used as a summerkitchen (with showerroom) with a terrace. The garden is lovely and well maintained. The vegetable garden is there for growing your own vegetables. The house is not far from Auch (capital of the region with all amenities and activities) and Vic Fezensac where you can do your daily shopping, find restaurants, library, weekly market with Sue's British food stall, dentist, doctor, pharmacy and more.If you want more information about this beautiful property please contact me or to make an appointment for a visit.
