Well manicured grounds, with the well stocked fishing lake at its centre you will not be disappointed with this little slice of heaven on the East Coat. Most caravans are privately owned with very few rentals ensuring the park is safe, friendly and very welcoming.

The lake is overlooked by the Country club so you can sit out on the outdoor terrace and overlook the stunning views. There are bouncy castles for the kids, a play park, multi sport court, Wii with large screen projector and the small arcade.

During the school holidays there is a weekly disco with free face painting, fun and games and a children's club which runs a multitude of activities! There are also inflatables in the pool for different age groups twice a week.

If you want to get out and about there are many tourist attractions from shopping centres, blue flag beaches, museums and Hull the City of Culture for 2017.

You can do as much or as little as you like and you will just love the stay and surroundings.
The caravan is 2 bedroomed, one double and one twin and there is a pull out double bed in the room for an extra 2 people. All beds are made up for arrival and there is tea/coffee and sugar provided until you're able to get to the shops.

No shop onsite and therefore no extortionate prices, there is a Tesco and Aldi 6 miles away in Withernsea and local shops, bakers, butchers and restaurants in the local village.

We can provide a travel cot free of charge and there is space in the master bedroom for this to be placed. Both bedrooms have wardrobes and there is a dressing table with hairdryer in the master room. Both rooms are double glazed and have electric heaters.

The bathroom has a shower cubicle, sink and overhead cupboards.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and pots, pans and everything you need for your stay!

The lounge has an Lshaped dining area and faves the L shaped seating which houses the pull out bed. There is a gas fire, TV/DVD with freeview, Wii, CD/radio player. There is a selection of books, DVDs, Wii games, CDs and board games.

We have a side decking for easy access to the caravan and a drive way for one vehicle. The garden to the side is for your personal use and provides outdoor seating, Barbecue, washing line and there is a shed which contains scooters, garden games, buckets and travel chairs if needed.

We divide 2 free guest passes and extra can be purchased at a reasonable cost from main reception. All passes provide free access to the fishing lake (rules apply) so please feel free to enjoy!
