Description

The vessel is a sedan-style motor yacht with flying bridge designed by Mr. Edward Monk Sr. and built by Grandy Boat Company, Seattle, Washington - USA. Her hull is cedar planked on bent oak frames.  She makes a great potential live-aboard and is a great cruising vessel.  The vessel’s layout features forward V-berth and (aft) double cabin with twin (2) marine toilet compartments. The spacious pilothouse features companion seating with the galley aft and down. The cockpit is open with good access to the flybridge.  She is powered by a twin (2) Detroit Diesel 4-53 fresh water cooled 150-hp.  She is in very good condition with new bottom paint, boot stripe and zincs.  Possible seller-carry financing.  Motivated sellers that are moving to San Diego.
