Custom Australian built limited production yacht. Special upgraded windows and frames. No bottom blisters because of process used.  . Full Awlgrip 2000 paint job, all new headliners, all teak decks removed.   SELLER WILL GIVE ALLOWANCE TO BUYER FOR WORK TO BE DONE.  OWNER HASN'T OPERATED  YACHT FOR 5 YEARS.  

HEALTH HAS CAUSED IT TO BE DOCKSIDE HOME.   SHOWS WELL

This is a must see with Galley up, 3 staterooms with  covered walk around decks and cockpit.
