5925 Lake Vista Drive Bonsall..

Welcome to Lake Vista Estates and to this magnificent Spanish Colonial home built by Weir Brothers, which is situated on an amazing view lot in the rolling hills of Bonsall. From the moment you enter through the solid wood front door, you will be in awe of the design and details that went into building this custom home. This home was featured on the front cover along with an eight-page article in the San Diego Home/Garden Lifestyle magazine. The formal living room boasts 22 foot high box beamed ceiling with hand painted panels, intricate tile work surrounds the tall elegant fireplace and all illuminated by the oversized wrought iron chandelier. Handcrafted tiles, iron banister and Maple hardwood floors are indicative of the decorative touches through out this wonderful home. Reclaimed beams are used in the living and dining rooms and the casual feel expands into the comfortable family room adjacent to the open kitchen. The separate guesthouse has it's own amazing story to tell as well. The outdoor grounds are just as lovely with a covered loggia for relaxing while sitting next to the fireplace, a built in BBQ area and an expansive patio leading to the elegant pool featuring a vase fountain. Views, views and more views are seen from everywhere on the truly unique property!
