6 bedroom pool villa with great views..

Within a small village of roughly a dozen properties, this generously large villa is situated on a hill slope near Mabprachan lake and offers wonderful round-views over greenery, down to the seas and into the hills towards the backside. An abundance of living-space with different access options, ideal for a large family.

There are four bedrooms in use at the moment but two more rooms that are used as offices can easily be converted into further bedrooms. The huge master-bedroom offers a walk-in closet and a large en suite bathroom. There are 5 bathrooms in total all real chic. The main-floor offers a combined living- and dining area and one floor above, there is an extended gallery which serves as an additional leisure room.

The kitchen - located separately - is huge, well equipped and comes with a grand adjacent storage-room.

The aluminum windows with mosquito screens pleasantly lead the constant breeze this sloped location offers through the whole villa, creating a pleasant feel. On the top floor thrones a little tower, very nice for an atelier and providing 360 degree views for inspiration.

All fittings and furniture - lots of built-in wardrobes - plus decoration comes with the property. Cable-TV and ADSL Internet a washing machine are there as well.

The outdoors start with the large covered terrace overlooking the pool and wide greenery stretching out. A pool table is there too and further down, garden with walkways and a carport on top, besides the house. Just come and see for yourself.
