FENIX, the 2009 Sunseeker 62 Predator is new to the market asking $749,000. FENIX is maintained by a full time captain & mate and shows in very good condition considering her age and only has 1800 hrs on her MAN engines. She comfortably sleeps 6 guests in 3 staterooms including a large VIP cabin all the way forward and full beam master cabin located back aft. A smaller bunk cabin is located just off the galley. Her main salon features an L-shaped settee, dining table and is open to the helm area. The highlight is a large retractable sunroof. The galley is located down to the portside but open to the upper deck and features a 3 burner glass stove top, sink, refrigerator/freezer and built in wine chiller. FENIX has a large aft deck considering her side with teak decking, sitting area, retractable awning, surround sound stereo and steps to both port & starboard that lead down to her hydraulic swimplatform.
