7 bedroom beachfront villa, brand new..

This property is located right on the beach, there is just sand between this villa and the sea. This alone is a much sought-after feature but there is more: This estate is new, wonderfully bright and modern and has just everything the privileged ones like to enjoy life.

The ground-floor, airy and wide open, provides the main living-space consisting of a sofa-group with a large flat screen-TV, a dining-area for 10 persons, a chic snooker table and the ultra-modern Western kitchen with a breakfast bar and all the appliances you need to prepare fancy snacks or sophisticated meals. Discreetly hidden, the maid quarters (accessible from the outside), the well-equipped laundry and then, 3 of the total of 7 suite-bedrooms.

On the 2nd floor, four more of this generous suite-bedrooms, two lovely balconies, a small lounge-area plus a cozy massage room are on disposition. If you like the innocence of 'white', you`ll love this villa. White king-size leather beds, white sideboards made of Italian Carrara marble and plenty of generous panoramic sliding-doors and windows et cetera. All bedroom suites offer the following: air conditioning, flat-screen TV, integrated or en-suite bathrooms, safety boxes, remote-controlled shutters and gorgeous views, most of them panoramic sea views. The lighting is subtle and all by LED, the furniture of top quality in material and design. There is ADSL Internet and Wi-Fi throughout plus an alarm system and plenty of CCTV-cameras. To crown it all, there is this terrific roof terrace under the stars offering a covered Sala with a sofa square, a full scale BBQ area, toilets and an outdoor shower plus plenty of seats and a lovely bar. The perfect place to throw lavish parties and to impress your guests. The wonderful views have been honored by putting all wiring in front of the property under ground. Back on the ground-floor, there is the generously large pool and the covered terrace with the sunbeds. From quite everywhere, out- and indoors, you enjoy this dream-like views over the seas, the sailing boats and the islands.

An immaculate property if you like to entertain and if you are having a large family and plenty of friends.
