Annex "B” is disposed on two levels and comprises: living room, bedroom with bathroom and kitchen. The land which surrounds the property has a total surface of 7500 square metres (almost 2 acres) and includes many fruit trees and olives. The pool, 10 x 5 metres in size and surrounded with natural Senese stone, has been realized on a very panoramic spot.
